North Myrtle Beach Woman's Club Invites Public to One-time Only May 3 Viewing of Human Trafficking Movie "Sold"

The North Myrtle Beach Woman’s Club invites the public to a presentation of the movie "SOLD" at the Carmike 12 Theatre (10177 North Kings Hwy., Myrtle Beach, S.C.) on Wednesday, May 3, 6:30pm-8:15pm.

Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at www.tugg.com/events/sold-nltf.
The Woman's Club is bringing this movie to the area to generate awareness about human trafficking and hopes the movie will educate viewers about this crime.

The exclusive, “one-night only showing” of this insightful and chilling movie, based on the international bestselling novel by Patricia McCormick, and inspired by true accounts, is the story of a young girl, who journeys from a rural village in Nepal to a gritty brothel-prison in India.

The film illustrates the brutality of child trafficking, which affects millions of children around the world each year. Globally the average age of a trafficked girl is 13.

Learn about the movie at www.tugg.com/titles/sold.
