Swimmers ages 5-18 who would like to join the
Dolphins Swim Team but are not quite ready to make the leap, are invited
to participate in an August 4-27 Pre-Team Program at the North Myrtle
Beach Aquatic & Fitness Center. The program is designed to help
swimmers develop their skills to a level that enables them to join the
team.
The
Pre-Team Program will focus on breathing techniques, stroke development
and endurance. Participating swimmers must be comfortable in 9 feet of
water, know how to tread water, and be able to swim freestyle and
backstroke the length of the therapy pool without stopping.
Practice
Begins August 4 at the North Myrtle Beach Aquatic & Fitness Center.
Practice days and times are Tuesday and Thursday, 4:00 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.
Fees: AFC Member: $30.00 per month and Non-Member: $45.00 per month
