The 33rd Annual North Myrtle Beach
Winter Run, offering 5K and 15K runs, is set for Saturday, January 23,
9:00 a.m. on Main Street. The course is a loop of flat paved roads with
mile markers at each mile. For the 15K race, water will be provided at
1.5, 4, 6, and 8 mile markers. There will be water at the midpoint of
the 5K race.
The races cover portions of Ocean Boulevard, Hillside Drive, Main Street, and other side streets in North Myrtle Beach.
The
running event is the oldest in the region, attracting runners from the
Carolinas, Georgia, Virginia and throughout the southeast.
Entry Fees
5K until January 20 -----$20.00, after January 20, $25
15K until January 20, 2016----$25.00 – after January 20, $30

Applications may also be dropped off at the J. Bryan Floyd Community Center, 1039 Possum Trot Road.

Volunteers
are always welcome to help with registration, directing runners on the
course, providing water at water stops, serving as a bike escort or
