IRISH ITALIAN INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL SEPTEMBER 26, 10AM-4PM, ON MAIN STREET IN NORTH MYRTLE BEACH

The City of North Myrtle Beach will host the 12th Annual Irish Italian International Festival on Saturday, September 26, 10am-4pm, on Main Street. Festival admission and parking are free.

Festival Sponsors include WFXB Fox TV, Easy 105.9, Home Depot, CIAO from the Carolinas, Flynn’s Irish Tavern, and the Ancient Order of Hibernians.

The one-day rain or shine event attracts about 15,000 people to celebrate different cultures. It offers food from local restaurants, two stages of live entertainment, street performers, arts & crafts vendors, and dance groups, all catering to an Irish Italian International theme.

Restaurants will compete for the title of Best Entrée, Best Decorated, and Best Dessert.

Festival-goers can join in Claudio's Spaghetti Eating Competition, sponsored by Villa Romana!

A children's area will offer a variety of entertainment suitable for all ages, magic, balloon art and inflatables (nominal fee).

11:50 p.m. – Band on the Rum
1:00 p.m. – Tan & Sober Gentlemen
