J. BRYAN FLOYD COMMUNITY CENTER OFFERS "AN EVENING OF ETIQUETTE AND DINING" FOR CHILDREN IN SECOND THROUGH FIFTH GRADES

Topics covered will include proper handshaking and introductions. Participants will look at the history behind the handshake in a fun and informative way.

They will also learn how to set simple and formal tables, identify utensils, learn what to do when eating, how to finish a meal, and proper behavior at the table.

At the conclusion of the instruction and practice, participants will enjoy a four course meal together while utilizing what they have learned.

Choose from among two dates:  Thursday November 12 or Thursday December 3

Time: 5:30 – 7:30 pm

Open to children in grades 2 - 5

Location: J. Bryan Floyd Community Center, 1030 Possum Trot Road, North Myrtle Beach

Instructor: Susan Bryan (336) 239 -2347, Academy of Etiquette, Certified by the International School of Protocol in Baltimore, Maryland

Fee: $68/person for two hours of instruction, including a four course meal. Space is limited to 12 participants. Minimum number will be 4.
