Topics covered will include proper handshaking and
introductions. Participants will look at the history behind the
handshake in a fun and informative way.
They
will also learn how to set simple and formal tables, identify utensils,
learn what to do when eating, how to finish a meal, and proper behavior
at the table.
At
the conclusion of the instruction and practice, participants will enjoy
a four course meal together while utilizing what they have learned.
Choose from among two dates: Thursday November 12 or Thursday December 3

$68/person for two hours of instruction, including a four course meal.
Space is limited to 12 participants. Minimum number will be 4.
